Job Description

Responsável pela criação e desenvolvimento da área de remunerações na empresa, que contempla: realização de estudos salariais de mercado (identificação de valores salariais médios), definição de políticas internas, gestão de estatísticas, métricas e aumentos individuais.

Candidate Requirements
  • Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou Sociologia;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de Gestão de Remunerações;
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas de Remunerações (Ex: Haygroup, Mercer);
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês / Francês;
  • Elevada pró actividade e criatividade;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade para gerir equipas.
