Job Description

As an Intern for the Human Resources Information Systems department (HRIS), your main objective will be making all HR information and guidelines as accessible, clear, and user friendly as possible for all relevant HR users and employees.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us redesign the information architecture and content of our internal communications tools.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Gather business requirements from relevant HR stakeholders and employees and create a new information design structure for all HR related content.
  • Work closely with all HR stakeholders and coordinate the development and delivery of new information and content.
  • Revise, Copyedit, create and proofread the content for all HR pages for both our intranet and HR SharePoint Site.
  • Ensure to maintain a consistent look and feel in all information displayed.
  • Develop a consistent content management and maintenance plan for the new design so the information will stay up to date and relevant.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Web Design or related field.
  • Excellent fluency in English.
  • Technology savvy individual with good analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

* Desirable experience with Content Management tools.
