Job Description

Consult and help manage the recruitment cycle from the identification of requirements, sourcing of candidates, pre-screening and the interview process through to offer and acceptance for a variety of Sales, Presales, Technical Consulting & Support positions and locations.

  • Develop direct recruitment channels including job boards, advertising campaigns, employee referrals, internal candidates and headhunting/network tools with the aim of increasing quality of hire and decreasing cost of hire.
  • Partner with managers to take job briefings and to agree recruitment strategy to fill role
  • Develop pipeline and talent bank for business-critical roles (Sales and Professional Services)
  • Provide HR expertise in the selection process, including interviewing up to a senior level.
  • Coach and train hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experienced Recruiter in the enterprise solutions software field (preferably with in-house recruitment experience)
  • Possess a good understanding of technology especially with regards to the software development &/or the software industry.
  • Agency negotiation and experience of managing and developing a PSL essential
  • Employment contract negotiation
  • Experience of working in complex, commercial organisations with a strong track record of delivering quality hires quickly
  • Fluent in English and French

Experience of Global/US matrix managed businesses and previous exposure to EMEA recruitment strongly desired.
