Job Description
Infrastructure and Change manages and delivers the group-wide strategic HR change agenda, including delivery of the strategic planning process for HR. The team is also responsible for the delivery of global HR technology solutions.
Infrastructure and Change are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh, Gogarburn. This role will join a busy analyst team, currently supporting a large scale HR Change Programme. As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the full analysis lifecycle, specifically focusing on HR Policy. As such your strong analysis skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail will be essential in understanding HR Policy and the impact on our systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to help HR remap their future and be part of a high profile programme within the Group.
As Business Analyst you will act as a key link between Infrastructure and Change and the business areas and will ultimately be responsible for the delivery complete and accurate business requirements.
Candidate Requirements
With a proven business analysis background, you will have gained demonstrable experience within an HR environment. It would be highly preferable for this experience to have been gained within an HR Policy remit but consideration will be given to Business Analysts with wider HR experience. A self starter, you will also be used to working in a broader team of systems analyst, team leads and business analysts and will have developed strong client facing skills.
This is a fixed term contract for 12months where a perm salary + benefits is paid.
