Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our Turkish subsidiary. The sector includes Dermo-cosmetics (60 employees) and Pharmaceuticals (15 employees) for a turnover of 10 Million Euros.Reporting to the subsidiary's General Management and working closely with the Group's General Management and Human Resources Management, your mission will be to develop and use the human resources policy in the subsidiary in accordance with the policy as determined by the Group.

Your missions will be:

  • Leading the Human Resources policy and advising and supporting the subsidiary's managing executives
  • Providing permanent support to the subsidiary's managers by helping them better manage their organization (structure development, roll-out of HR policy, employees' career development, etc.),
  • Managing Human Resources related administrative tasks (wages, expenses, social contribution declarations, etc)
  • Providing and/or arranging internal recruitment and employee relocation in liaison with managers (and Head office structure if necessary) and ensuring the training program is carried out
  • Monitoring compliance with local legislation, leading social relations and helping maintain good relations between management and staff
  • Developing a reporting system and monitoring compliance with HR budgets and workforce according to workload
  • Contributing to specific and/or transversal files (work groups, specific studies, common files)
  • Candidate Requirements

    With 5 years higher education in HR/Law, you have 10 years' experience in Human Resources in general functions within an international business environment, preferably in the health/beauty industries.

    You have good knowledge of workplace legislation and collective agreements, and are known for your interpersonal and listening skills, as well as your sense of service, responsiveness and ability to relay information. Receptiveness of mind, self-confidence and a sense of perspective will guarantee your success in this position.

    Fluency in Turkish and French or English is essential.
