Global Talent Attraction is looking for a Talent Sourcing Advisor who can define and drive the talent sourcing process and handle special recruitment assignments.

• As the Talent Sourcing Advisor is a new position within Global Talent Attraction you will be part of an exciting start-up phase and to a great extent you will be able to define the sourcing process and your role in it.
• Your primary task will be to source candidate leads for positions which are critical to the organisation and which require exceptional attraction and recruitment efforts. To begin with, your focus will be on Danish-based positions. However, it is our ambition that the operation will become more global once the process is established.
• It will be your responsibility to develop and apply the sourcing tactics needed to identify and attract qualified candidates for open position and develop a pipeline for future vacancies. You will act as a specialised advisor to hiring managers and recruitment partners and use your expertise to deliver candidate leads into the recruitment process.
• You will develop a solid knowledge of our global target groups and the business needs of the organisation. To be successful, you must translate this into a sustainable talent sourcing strategy and high quality operational solutions.
• Finally, you will be responsible for acquiring, analysing and presenting data to key stakeholders.

• You have an academic degree and more than five years of hands-on experience with proactive talent sourcing, either from an in-house function or an external search agency. You can document experience and results, preferably from a global environment within the pharmaceutical or another highly specialised industry.
• You easily handle a wide range of search tools and tactics and have a solid knowledge of digital media. You have strong people skills and the ability to listen and inspire. You are proactive and goal-oriented in your approach. You have excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language.
