Job Summary

To lead the HR team and be HR Business Partner to the General Managing Director (GMD). A key driver to help the sub-region realise high profitable growth and talent development targets in one of the most important areas in the world.
Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer, Europe
Business Unit: Human Resources 
HR Deliverables :

• Partners with GMD and senior leaders to execute the NEE business strategy
• Key member of the European HR Leadership Team to enable implementation of global and regional policy.
• Leads and develop a team of 15 - 20 HR professionals across NEE.

Key activities:

• Coaches senior leaders to become better leaders.
• Builds and develops a world class HR team
• Designs and implements Talent Development processes
• Leads succession planning
• Drives performance management processes and mindset of meritocracy
• Implements management development initiatives and activities within the Global / Regional framework.
• Designs administrative excellence and efficiency.
• Drives a swift and effective recruitment process.
• Leads or participates in HR or business project initiatives at global and regional level.
• Defines, implements and measures HR targets.

• Proven HR leadership experience in Russia or across North Eastern Europe
• Clear philosophy on personal leadership style
• Self aware with good mix of confidence and humility
• Clear ability to operate and communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong influencing and coaching skills with the ability to develop leadership in others
• Ability to pro-actively establish relationships with appropriate people both within & outside the organisations
• Strong conflict & problem solving skills
• A change leader
