Job Description
We are looking for a manager, Global Resourcing. The purpose of the position is to strengthen Metso resourcing approaches globally.
Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Developing and executing strategic resource planning processes
- Developing and monitoring recruitment processes with our HRS teams
- Strengthening employer brand and executing surveys
- Creating a good mix for recruitment channels
- Selecting and implementing resource planning and recruiting tools
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, you have a 5+years of work experience in diverse HR, resourcing or recruiting positions in global environment. You have a relevant university degree and a proven track record as a professional.
You are known for your ability to see the big picture as well as hands-on attitude. You are a business and solution minded person with ability to work individually as well as part of the team. You are innovative and proactive and good in project management. You can communicate fluently in English and have excellent intercultural and networking skills in global environment.
