We are seeking a corporate recruiting professional who has exposure to corporate and agency recruiting in our Munich office. Responsibilities
- After ramping up on our corporate recruiting process, you will be primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing, and target-recruiting candidates to meet our core needs in Germany.
- You will be responsible for creating and executing proactive candidate generation strategies, facilitating the interview and hiring process, and providing staffing advice to hiring managers.
- Performance is not measured strictly by candidate volume, but is more heavily weighted toward the quality of the candidate pool you generate and the quality of the relationships you build with your hiring managers.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, havedemonstrated success in corporate or staffing agency environments, andexperienced with current online tools and search engines. The successfulcandidate will also show a demonstrated ability to develop strategicrelationships with managers and candidates.
- A completed BA/BS degree or University degree plus 5 years of professional experience is required.
- 4-8 years of recruiting experience, in a fast-paced, process driven, quality focused environments.
- Technical software recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Staffing agency recruiting experience is desirable.
