Job Description
LANDesk are seeking Part Time HR Advisor, based in Frankfurt, to join the busy EMEA HR Department. This is a generalist HR Role supporting the HR Manager EMEA.
- Recruitment support - including preparation of job adverts and posting on-line, on-line candidate searches, liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews.
- Managing the on boarding process for new joiners and ensuring they are set up on all internal systems and carrying out pre-employment checks.
- Administering the leaver process.
- Updating and administering benefits for joiners/leavers.
- Dealing with employee relations issues.
- Project work as and when required.
- Other general administrative duties
Candidate Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience working within a HR department.
- Experience and confidence in dealing with all levels of staff.
- Must be able to work well with others as part of a team, both locally and remotely.
- Knowledge of relevant employment law.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- SAP Software skills an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Qualification preferred but qualified by experience is essential.
- The successful candidate will have experience of previously working within HR; they will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels in a confident, polite and efficient manner.
