Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager (m/f) based in Berlin. 

This a global role and the role holder will support the Bombardier Transportation Talent Acquisition roadmap to 2014. Bombardier Transportation will be an 'Employer of Choice' building an efficient and effective infrastructure to support hiring the right profiles, ensure we have the right number of talent pools and deliver the right candidate experience in place to support Bombardier Transportation's future growth.   

Your challenges

  • Co-ordinate the future design/infrastructure improvements into the Bombardier Transportation Referral channel. This will involve building innovative marketing communications programs to support new policy structures, leveraging technology, with incremental sourcing usage forecasts of the internal referral program (to support the 2014 Talent Acquisition deliverables).
  • Co-ordinate the global diagnostic tool kit for Bombardier Transportation; working with internal stakeholders to consolidate and rationalise our tool kit and vendor supply chain. (to support the 2014 Talent Acquisition deliverables)
  • Co-ordinate the global on boarding framework for Bombardier Transportation; working with internal stakeholders to consolidate and build an audit mechanism (to support the 2014 Talent Acquisition deliverables)
  • Co-ordinate the future design/infrastructure improvements within the Social Media channels ie. jobcast development. (to support the 2014 Talent Acquisition deliverables).
  • Support the the future design/infrastructure improvements of the online candidate experience (critical analysis of the career's web site and CMS system) through regular Zoomerang surveys.
  • Support the future design/infrastructure improvements of the talent pool pipeline framework and candidate relationship management (CRM) program.
  • Support the future design/infrastructure improvements into the Global/Professional Bombardier Transportation (T) Graduate program. This will involve extensive external benchmarking and calibration of the proposition and offering both internally for the business and externally to the market.  
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven expertise in consolidating Global Talent Acquisition programs, specifically diagnostic tool kits and On-Boarding frameworks, within a set of complex environments with multiple stakeholders - clear deliverables related to commercial return on investment (ROI) are essential.
  • Previous expertise in delivering Global Graduate programs and large complex multi-country recruitment campaigns would be advantageous.
  • Previous expertise in Employer of Choice and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) delivery within a complex environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Must be familiar with Talent Acquisition design, modelling & innovation practices.
  • A business related first degree is essential and a post graduate qualification, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English are essential and a secondary business language such as German or French is advantageous.
