FAQ for Employers / Recruiters

We would like to advertise on EuroHRjobs.com. How can we do this?

EuroHRjobs.com welcomes companies and organisations who would like to address a targeted HR audience while increasing their visibility. So, in which ways can you advertise on EuroHRjobs.com?

  • Company/organisation banners at our homepage directly linking to your own website – service available for companies and organisations whose jobs are posted.
  • Event banners (seminars, conferences, workshops…) – service available for the events already listed on the site.

Please email us at advertising@eurohrjobs.com for further information.

Is it really free? Where is the catch?

There is no catch or hidden costs. EuroHRjobs.com is a job board  designed exclusively for HR professionals. We invite companies and organisations to benefit from our services and post HR jobs/internships for free.

What happens after we fill in the Job Posting form/Job Link and submit?

EuroHRjobs.com site team will review your job posting/job link and if approved, we will publish your job within the same day. If there is some basic information missing, we will contact you at the earliest possible moment. Please make sure that we have the basic contact information of the person who publishes your job on behalf of your company/organisation.

We have a job to offer but we are flexible with the base location (i.e. subject to candidate’s availability). How do we mention this in the job ad?

For practical reasons, we need to display your vacancy under a particular country. Therefore we recommend you to mention the best possible base location for your vacancy. Of course, you can also mention your flexibility in the ‘Job Description’ text area.

We have different HR jobs for the same location (i.e. 1 Recruiter and 1 Training Specialist in Belgium). Can we post just one ad for Belgium and mention both of these jobs at the same time?

No. These are 2 different jobs which fall under different HR practice areas. Since our job views are based on ‘HR practice areas’ as well as ‘locations’, it’s necessary to prepare one job ad for each job, even though the location is the same.

We are recruiting more than 1 person for the same job, in the same location (i.e. 2 Recruiters in Belgium). Do we need to post separate ads for each vacancy?

No. In this case you can mention in the single job posting that 2 people will be recruited for this job.

We are recruiting more than 1 person for the same job, and the job locations are different (i.e. 1 Recruiter for Belgium and 1 Recruiter for Denmark). Do we need to post separate ads for each location?

Yes. Since our job views are based on ‘country’ as well as ‘HR practice areas’, it’s necessary to prepare one job ad for each country, even though the jobs are the same.

Why is this site only in English? Do we also have to write all our ads in English?

EuroHRjobs.com is an international job board, addressing hundreds of HR professionals in 49 different European countries. Therefore we adopted  English as our default website language. Having said that, it’s not mandatory to write your job ad in English. If you’d like to post your job in your local language, we most definitely welcome your preference.

Our headquarters is based outside of Europe. Can we still post jobs on EuroHRjobs.com?

Yes. No matter where you are or where your HQ is based, you can still post your HR jobs on EuroHRjobs.com, on the condition that the actual job is/will be based in one of the European countries listed here.

We would like to keep our company/organisation name confidential. Is this possible?

Yes. You may keep your company/organisation name perfectly confidential by clicking on the ‘confidential posting’ option when you fill in the job posting form. Then we will display your job ad with all details except your company/organization information. In this case, interested candidates will still be able to send their application (CV and cover letter) through a form, which will be directed to the email address you provide us while creating your EuroHRjobs.com account.

How does EuroHRjobs make sure that all posted jobs are related to the HR profession?

There is no automatic job posting on EuroHRjobs.com: we review each job posting before publishing to make sure it really is an HR job/internship. If we conclude that your job posting content is not relevant to our site, we kindly inform you immediately.

Our vacancy is online now for a few weeks and we have received enough applications. Is it possible to remove our posting from the site before completion of 60 days?

Yes, this is possible. You may remove your posting at your account management pages. If you are having difficulties, please send us an email at jobposting(at)eurohrjobs.com and we will remove your posting.

Is EuroHRjobs a recruitment agency?

No. EuroHRjobs.com is a specialised online job board, designed exclusively for HR jobs and aims to facilitate the connection between job-seeking HR professionals and employers who have HR vacancies. We do not provide any search & selection services to employers.

Does EuroHRjobs have a CV database as part of its services to Employers/Recruiters?

No. We do not collect CV’s of job-seekers. Interested candidates are requested to apply directly to the job of their interest, simply by following the ‘how to apply’ instructions provided by the employer within the job display.
